Tapas bars, burger chains and several specialty coffee shops among the 30 or so places to eat and drink at Terminal 1. You’ll also find a formal restaurant, gastrobar, and an ice-cream parlor. Catalan-themed dishes are on offer at Mussol before Security and there are 6 beer and wine bars across the 3 departure floors.

Shop duty free and browse some 50 stores, kiosks and newsstands in Terminal 1's Sky Centre. Burberry, Adidas, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Swarovski and Zara are among the brands with concessions here. Smokers will find a dedicated tobacconists and, if you're on a roll, there's even a counter selling lottery tickets (anyone can enter). Soccer fans can stock up on officially licensed Barcelona Football Club products at the La Botiga del Barça stores before and after Security.

You'll find 2 cafés in Arrivals, handy for waiting if you're expecting guests or if you need to fuel up before leaving the airport.

Terminal tips

Luggage trolleys with maxi-cosi baby seats can be found in the Check-in area with the other trolleys.

They can also be requested from information desks in the Sky Centre shopping area after Security.

Wellness treatments and hairdressing can be found at the Aqua Salon Spa – there are two locations in Terminal 1.

There are limited duty-free and eating options after passing through Passport Control to Gates D & E.
