Dubai Terminal 3 is the newest terminal at Dubai International Airport and takes all the elements of the legendary Dubai airport experience to the next level. As a visitor to Dubai Terminal 3, you may be forgiven for thinking you were browsing around a Dubai shopping mall, with full scale H&M, Gucci, Chanel and Salvatore Ferragamo stores to name only a few. You can spend hours browsing through the extensive Dubai Duty Free shopping area, that spans the majority of the terminal and offers you everything from duty free candy, gifts, cigarettes and alcohol, to fashion, sunglasses, jewellery and electronics. Dubai’s reputation as a ‘shoppers heaven’ is never more true than in Terminal 3.

After all that shopping you will need to replenish your energy and the wide range of cafe’s, bistro’s, restaurants, bars, confectioners, and fast food outlets will spoil you for choice.

About Our Lounges At Dubai Terminal 3

We have 2 Ahlan Lounges in Dubai Terminal 3 ready to welcome you. The first is the Ahlan Lounge at Gate 1, and the second is the Ahlan Lounge at Gate 3. Both will make sure you look forward to some preflight peace and quiet, while you enjoy a wide selection of hot and cold dishes from a mouth-watering buffet, perfectly paired with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from. Relax in massage chairs while enjoying High speed wi-fi or flipping through any one of our international newspapers and magazines. Ahlan Lounge at Gate 3 showcases a modern and contemporary environment, complete with a ‘wine cellar’ inspired dining area and a relaxed seating area that is spacious, bright and airy. Both Ahlan Lounges can be accessed 24 hours a day, as well as by wheelchair.

The ever popular Marhaba brand offers you a selection of three lounges when visiting Dubai Terminal 3. They are Marhaba Lounge Concourse A, Marhaba Lounge Concourse B, and Marhaba Lounge Concourse C. The spacious, air conditioned environment, wide selection of food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages, generous and comfortable seating and dining spaces, as well as wi-fi and even shower facilities are offered by all three locations, as is the warm and generous hospitality synonymous with Arabian culture. Perched above the terminal shopping and dining zones, the Marhaba Lounges provide a quiet escape to the hustle and bustle taking place below, a place where you can kick back and relax and enjoy your Dubai Terminal 3 experience to the fullest. Both Marhaba Lounges in Dubai Terminal 3 are open for guests to enjoy 24 hours a day, and are ready to welcome guests with disabilities to enjoy the facilities.

If you seek nothing more than a great nap, then the Sleep ‘N Fly Sleep Lounge is the only choice for you. All you will have to decide on is which of the two locations in Dubai Terminal 3 you will visit!
The Sleep 'N Fly Sleep Lounge Concourse C provides quiet and peaceful Single FlexiSuites which are the perfect place for you to wind down and get some rest. Each Single FlexiSuite is equipped with a 180° reclining seat-to-flat-bed with dimmable ambient lighting, a reading light, folding tray table, baggage storage and wardrobe (clothes, shoes and laptop compartments), wi-fi, sound proofing and air conditioning. The FlexiSuite includes a disposable headrest cover only, blanket, pillow, bed sheet and other amenities are optional and available at extra cost.
The Sleep 'N Fly - Lounge, Showers & Business Pods Concourse B, provides the perfect environment for what you need most. If all you desire is some sleep, drift off to dream land in one of the Power Nap Therapy Sleep Pods, which comes with a 40 minutes vibration therapy, cotton sheet, pillow, blanket, Starbucks coffee, water and soft drinks. If a comfortable seat and shower is all you need to pass the time, you can enjoy a spacious lounge seat, use of a shower and unlimited Starbucks coffee, water and soft drinks. Are work deadlines looming? Get some peace of mind with quality work time in our Business Pod private work spaces, along with unlimited Starbucks coffee, water and soft drinks to keep the time productive. Both lounges are open 24 hours a day for your convenience, and are also wheelchair accessible.

In addition to the above mentioned lounges, there are two additional and very unique experiences awaiting you Dubai Terminal 3.

The Gallery Lounge is a creative haven, full of artwork, sculptures and visual delights to rejuvenate your heart and soul, as well as your body with refreshments, beverages, air conditioning, wi-fi or magazines and newspapers on offer. The art provides beautiful viewing thanks to the bright and airy location of the lounge. The Gallery Lounge is open 24 hours a day and is pleased to welcome guests with disabilities to experience the beautiful art and facilities.

For the young (or young at heart) the Game Space Gaming Lounge will ensure time flies as you take on the gaming universe. Vibrant lighting, gaming seating and over 40 purpose-built gaming stations await you and your gaming conquests. This air conditioned facility also offers free wi-fi and newspapers and magazines. Game Space Gaming Lounge is open 24 hours a day, and is proud to welcome guests with disabilities to enjoy the facilities on hand.

Location And Accessibility

Ahlan Lounge At Gate A is located airside of terminal 3. Take the lift located next to the souvenir shop to Level 6. It is accessible to international and in transit flights only. Ahlan Lounge At Gate B can be accessed on the airside of the terminal, from the departures level, next to Gate B26. The lounge entrance is situated inside the 'Cadiz Tapas Bar'. Passengers departing from Concourse A or C must allow sufficient time (approx.15 - 20 minutes) to reach their departure gate.

Marhaba Lounge Concourse A is on the airside of the terminal - Departure Level, West End. The lounge is located between Gates A2 and A3. Emirates and codeshare Qantas flights.

Marhaba Lounge Concourse B is located on the North side of the terminal, close to Gate B21. The entrance to the lounge can be accessed via a dedicated lift from Level 3 Departures. Emirates and codeshare Qantas flights.

Marhaba Lounge Concourse C is an airside lounge and is located between Gates C21 and C23 at the East End of the Terminal. Emirates and codeshare Qantas flights.

Sleep 'N Fly - Lounge, Showers & Business Pods can be found between Gates B14 and B18, close to the Emirates Connections Desk. Sleep 'N Fly Sleep Lounge is located in the Central Lower Level Duty Free Area. Lounge check-in is via the separate main reception at departure gate level next to Gate C14. The Sleep ’n Fly Lounge is located one level down in the Duty Free Area.

The Gallery Lounge is located on the airside of the terminal, on level 4, near Gate B9. It is accessible for international flights only.

Game Space Gaming Lounge can be found on the airside of the terminal in the Family Zone, near Gate B25. It is accessible for guests on International flights only.


There's a Costa coffee shop in the Arrivals Hall, with seating available.

A large duty-free outlet can be found in the Baggage Claims area. In Arrivals, you'll find a convenience store and a flower stall.

2. Who can use the lounges at Dubai Terminal 3?
Priority Pass cardholders and registered guests visiting Dubai Terminal 3 are welcome. Regardless of the class of ticket (economy/business/first), all domestic travellers, business or leisure, can access our Dubai Terminal 3 lounges through Priority Pass.

3. Is there a dress code for the lounges at Dubai Terminal 3?
Guests in smart casual dress are welcome to enter the Priority Pass lounges at Dubai Terminal 3. The government of the U.A.E. values modesty and requires guests to their country to observe this in their attire.

4. Can I smoke in the lounge?
Airport regulations prevent smoking outside of designated smoking areas located conveniently across Dubai Terminal 3. We invite our guests to avail these facilities.

5. How long can I stay in a lounge at Dubai Terminal 3?
Both the Ahlan Lounges can be accessed up to five hours before departure.

The Marhaba Lounges can offer you up to three hours’ stay before departure.

The Sleep ‘N Fly Sleep Lounge is available for a two our stay in a Single FlexiSuite (for one person) between 22.00 - 12.00 or a three hour stay in a Single FlexiSuite (for 1 person) between 12.00 - 22.00.

Sleep 'N Fly - Lounge, Showers & Business Pods offers Priority Pass card holders:

● One hour stay in a Power Nap Therapy Sleep Pod
● Three hour Lounge Lite stay - includes lounge seat, shower use, unlimited Starbucks coffee, water and soft drinks only.
● Four hour stay in a Business Pod - includes private work space, unlimited Starbucks coffee, water and soft drinks only.

The Gallery Lounge provides a four hour stay before departure.
The Game Space Gaming Lounge can be accessed by Priority Pass card holders for up to one hour before departure.

6. Do the lounges at Dubai Terminal 3 have flight information screens?
All the Ahlan and Marhaba lounges, as well as The Gallery Lounge and the Sleep 'N Fly - Lounge, Showers & Business Pods have screens displaying flight information.

The Sleep ‘N Fly Sleep Lounge and the Game Space Gaming Lounge do not offer flight information screens and guests are requested to monitor their boarding times while enjoying our facilities.

7. Are the lounges at Dubai Terminal 3 wheelchair accessible?
All Priority Pass lounges located in Dubai Terminal 3 are wheelchair accessible, providing comfortable and convenient access for our guests with disabilities.

8. Do the lounges at Dubai Terminal 3 cater for vegetarians and vegans?
The Marhaba lounges and Ahlan Lounges, as well as The Gallery Lounge and the Sleep 'N Fly - Lounge, Showers & Business Pods have a wide selection of delectable meals, snacks and beverages, many of which are suitable for our vegetarian and vegan clients.

9. Can children enter the lounges at Dubai Terminal 3?
Priority Pass is proud to welcome children to our Dubai Terminal 3 lounges.
Ahlan Lounge Gate 1 is pleased to admit children under the age of two years old free of charge.
Ahlan Lounge Gate 3 is pleased to admit children under the age of one year old free of charge.

Marhaba Lounge Concourse A is pleased to admit children under the age of two years old free of charge.
Marhaba Lounge Concourse B is pleased to admit children under the age of two years old free of charge.
Marhaba Lounge Concourse C

Children allowed in the Sleep 'N Fly Sleep Lounge Concourse C but only in their own FlexiSuite (as a Guest for which the Cardholder will, where applicable be charged) and supervised by an accompanying adult. Sleep 'N Fly - Lounge, Showers & Business Pods Concourse B provides free entrance to children under two years (subject to space capacity) to the Lounge Lite only and must be supervised by an accompanying adult. No children under the age of 16 years permitted to the other lounge visit entitlement options.

The Gallery Lounge is pleased to admit children under the age of two years old free of charge.
