Heathrow Terminal 2 offers you a wide selection of world-class shopping opportunities including British favourites such as Harrods, Burberry, Mulberry and John Lewis, as well as international brands such as Gucci and Kate Spade to name only a few.

Dining is an effortless affair thanks to a wide selection of more than 11 restaurants offering Italian, French, Japanese and of course, British cuisine.

In addition to the above, Heathrow Terminal 2 offers a variety of conveniences to visitors, including children’s play areas, multi-faith prayer rooms and ample ATMs, currency exchange kiosks and information points to meet every need. The travel experience is truly effortless and entertaining when you depart from Heathrow Terminal 2.

About Our Lounges and Experiences At Heathrow Terminal 2

Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen is as renowned for their warm welcome as they are for providing excellent food that includes English pub classics alongside American-inspired dishes that are sure to satisfy any appetite. Their range of craft beers and small-batch spirits may even tempt you to partake in a pre-departure toast.

The air conditioned environment, clear views of flight information boards along with free Wi-Fi and television screens throughout, means that Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen provides the perfect spot for the whole family to sit back before their flight.

Priority Pass cardholders and registered guests visiting Heathrow Terminal 2 are entitled to receive £15 off their bill. This deduction represents a single lounge visit, and as such cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or substituted.

Location And Accessibility

The Priority Pass lounge has been specifically selected for easy and convenient accessibility for guests embarking on their journeys from Heathrow Terminal 2.

The Big Smoke Taphouse & Kitchen can be accessed once you pass through passport control at Heathrow Terminal 2, and take the elevator down one level. The restaurant is conveniently located on the left-hand side, with easy access to gates A20 and A21.

Coffee and snacks are available in the Arrivals area.
