We can't find that card number in our Priority Pass programme, please check the number and try again. Please note that the 16-digit number on the back of your card should not include any dashes, spaces or other characters. Access to Priority Pass for Venture X customers becomes available up to 2 weeks after your card is dispatched. If you continue to receive this error, please try again in a few days or contact us if unsuccessful after two weeks. As a reminder, only your Venture X physical card number can be used for Priority Pass enrolment.
