The SkyCity area before Security has about a dozen eateries including an Italian restaurant, a sushi bar and a burger chain. There's just 1 café and a chocolate store after Security in Terminal 3. It's your last chance to sample the classic Swedish 'princess cake' which consists of sponge cake, jam, marzipan and a thick layer of whipped cream. As dining options are limited after Security, those with dietary restrictions may want to bring snacks with them.
As Terminal 3 has very limited facilities, you may prefer to stay in the pre-Security area until it's time to board your flight.
However, do make sure you leave enough time to pass through Security and find your gate.
