Airside - International Departures. Level 3, Departure Transit Hall South. TranSpa is located next to Ambassador Transit Hotel - Terminal 2. It is accessible from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 via the Skytrain and from Terminal 4 via a complimentary shuttle bus service at both public and transit areas.
Please note that the spa may exceed its capacity at certain times of the day & access to the spa is at their sole discretion.
Conditions
1. Cardholders can use their lounge visit entitlement to take advantage of 1 treatment option in a 24hr period: (A) 20 Minutes Head and Shoulder Massage or Foot Massage, Shower & Welcome Drinks (worth SGD$65), (B) Hair Services Wash, Cut & Blow Dry (all hair lengths), Shower & Welcome Drinks (worth up to SGD$90 depending on hair length), or (C) Express Manicure & Pedicure, Shower & Welcome Drinks (worth SGD$80). Each option represents a single lounge visit within the Cardholder's existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged. For example, if a Cardholder registers 1 Guest they will be charged as 1 Cardholder visit + 1 Guest visit on their account. Only 1 card per visit per Cardholder will be accepted and at point of registration. To be eligible, Cardholders must present a valid Card and Boarding Pass with confirmed same-day travel before selecting an option. 2. All registered cardholders receive a 25% discount on all other TranSpa services and are responsible for all additional charges incurred. 3. Children under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult (18 years and above) who must stay in the room while they are receiving any of the services. 4. TranSpa usage is subject to availability. 5. Smart casual dress at all times. 6. Priority Pass and its Affiliates Companies shall not be liable should the offer value be less than Customers lounge visit entitlement.
