The membership plan I have includes complimentary visits. Will this visit fee increase mean I have fewer visits included in my membership?
No, the number of complimentary visits included within your membership will not change. However, any visits taken over the complimentary allowance will be charged at the new visit fee from 1 October 2023.

Why are you putting visit fees up?
Like many other companies we need to balance our pricing with rising costs. We have held our prices for over four years, however, at a time when businesses face unprecedented challenges and cost increases, we do now have to make an adjustment to our visit fees.

What are the new visit fees?
Visits fees from 1 October 2023 will be £24/€30/US$35, per visit per person.

When will the new visit fees come into effect?
The new visit fees will be effective 1 October 2023. Any chargeable visits taken before this date will be processed at the previous visit fee.

I do not want to pay the new visit fees, what rights do I have?
The new visit fees will be effective from 1 October 2023. If you are not happy to pay these new fees and you wish to end your membership you can contact your payment card issuer or benefit provider.

Why was I not informed that visit fees were increasing?
We have communicated to all our members regarding the price increase by email. We encourage you to check your inbox including your ‘junk folder’, and to review your “My Details” section within your Priority Pass account to ensure we have the most up to date contact details. If your membership is issued by a payment card issuer or benefit provider they should have communicated this to you in advance of the increase.

How do I know what visit fee I will be charged for a recent visit?
Any visits taken from 1 October 2023 will be charged at the new rate.

Where can I see which visit fee I have been charged for a recent visit?
Log in to your account at prioritypass.com and view your visit history OR Log in to the Priority Pass app and view your visit history

I’ve received a declined visit payment communication following a recent visit, will I be charged the new visit fee
This will depend on the date on which the visit occurred. Any visits made after 1 October 2023 will be charged at the new visit rate. Any visits made prior to this date will be charged at the previous rate.

Does this visit fee increase affect all lounges?
Yes, the new visit fees will apply to any member or guest visits to any of the lounges around the world.

Does the new visit fee increase affect guest visits?
Yes, the new visit fee will apply to any chargeable member or guest visits made to any of the lounges around the world.

Can I cancel my Membership?
Priority Pass is only able to cancel memberships that have been purchased directly from us. If you have received your membership in any other way, please contact your payment card issuer or benefit provider to discuss cancellation.
