Accessing a Lounge
How do I use my Priority Pass membership at the airport?Simply present your valid boarding pass and Priority Pass Digital Membership Card* or physical Priority Pass membership card at the lounge reception to access a lounge. Your Digital Membership Card is found in the Priority Pass app for easy on-the-go access. If your membership is provided as a benefit from your payment card, you may be eligible to use your payment card to enter the lounge. Access into a lounge is subject to availability.

To access a lounge without a physical card, download our Priority Pass app to access your Digital Membership Card*. Present your Priority Pass Digital Membership Card upon entry to the lounge.

Can I access the lounge if I forget my card?
If you forget your physical Priority Pass membership card, your membership plan may allow you to access the Digital Membership Card*, please check before travelling. Download the Priority Pass app for on-the-go access.
Do I need a boarding pass for the same day to access a lounge?
Yes, to access a Priority Pass lounge, you need a boarding pass for same-day travel. A valid boarding pass will be requested at the lounge entrance along with your Priority Pass membership card. Remember to check the airport and country entry requirements before travelling as they may differ.
Can we access an airport lounge after the security check?
Yes, in most cases, you can access an airport lounge after passing through the security check. Airport lounges are typically located within the secure area of the airport terminal. However, this may vary across airports, so check before your arrival.
Can I get lounge access on arrival at my destination?
The majority of our lounges are within the secure zones of the airport. This means that when you land at your destination, in most instances you will have to clear security and therefore will not be able to go back into a lounge.
Do you have to be flying with a specific airline to use Priority Pass?
No, you don't have to be flying with a specific airline or class to access a Priority Pass lounge. One of the benefits of a Priority Pass membership is the ability to access a diverse network of lounges, allowing you to relax and unwind, regardless of the airline you're travelling with.
Bringing Guests
Does Priority Pass allow free guests?Some Priority Pass memberships include complimentary guest visits. The number of complimentary guests varies. Log in to the Priority Pass app, select ‘account’ to see your entitlements and plan details. Some membership types will not be able to see their entitlements in the Priority Pass app.
Do you pay for guests with Priority Pass?
You'll need to pay for accompanying guests unless your membership includes complimentary guest passes. Check your account under the My Priority Pass tab to verify your plan details.
How much is the guest Priority Pass?
The cost for your own entry and to bring in guests will depend on your membership type and plan. The cost to bring in a guest into a Priority Pass lounge is typically the same as the member fee and only varies for a small number of lounges. Before bringing a guest, we encourage you to check the Lounge Information under the lounge listing to verify whether the lounge you are visiting has a guest limit or whether you will be charged.
If you bought your membership directly from us, your guests' visits will be charged at a flat rate. If your membership is through another provider, such as your bank, the guest fee can vary. Contact your issuer to check.
Any guest fees will be charged to the payment card linked to your account.
Can my partner use my card for lounge access?
No, Priority Pass memberships are non-transferable so your wife, husband or partner cannot use your membership without you. Only the named member can use the membership for lounge access. Additional eligible guests can accompany the member, typically for an extra fee.

How many hours can you stay in lounge?How long you can stay in a Priority Pass lounge will depend on the lounge's individual policy. Generally, members can enjoy access 2 or 3 hours before their flight. Please check the lounge listing on the Priority Pass app or website for more information.

Can you leave and re-enter airport lounges?
Yes, in most cases, lounges will allow you to leave for a short period of time and re-enter if it’s within the permitted lounge visit time period. However, it's recommended to confirm with the lounge staff any specific rules they may have before leaving the lounge.
What happens if a lounge is full?
If a lounge is at full capacity, you may not be able to enter the lounge and be requested to return later. We suggest logging in to the Priority Pass app to explore the alternative airport experiences included in your membership, such as dining experiences, gaming experiences, or spa treatments. Alternatively, some of our lounges are available to pre-book so you can secure your space in the lounge ahead of time for an additional charge.
Are airport lounges crowded?
Our lounges are a way to escape the airport crowds. We work continuously with our lounge partners to ensure a comfortable experience for our members. If you are travelling at peak times, please note that sometimes lounges will be at full capacity. Some of our lounges are available to pre-book so you can secure your space in the lounge ahead of time for an additional charge.
Can economy class use the lounge?
Yes, your Priority Pass membership gets you access to airport lounges irrespective of your flight class or the airline you’re travelling with.

There is no limit to the number of lounge visits you can use in a day or a year as long as you have a valid same-day boarding pass. Can I access the lounge twice a month?
Each time you take a flight, you can use your membership to access a lounge which could be multiple times a month. However, to use your membership you need to have a valid boarding pass.
