Heathrow Terminal 5 is a modern, glass-ensconced building that delivers space, style and a world-class travel experience, while proudly bearing the honour of being the UK’s largest free-standing building.

Heathrow Terminal 5 offers you a wealth of world-class shopping opportunities with an expansive dedicated duty-free area as well as over 55 stores to browse through. Before you depart for distant shores, make sure to stock up on British favourites from brands such as Fortnum & Mason, Aspinal of London, Thomas Pink and Smythson of Bond Street.

Dining options don’t get much better than what is on offer to tempt you at Heathrow Terminal 5. Ranging from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay’s Plane Food restaurant, which boasts runway views and internationally acclaimed dining, to Huxley’s Restaurant and Bar and Caviar House & Prunier, along with firm favourites such as Wagamama. There is a dining option for every taste and occasion.

Be tempted by breathtaking art at the T5 Gallery, one of the few commercial fine art galleries located in an airport terminal, or indulge in an impromptu spa treatment at the BeRelaxed Spa.

About Our Lounges At Heathrow Terminal 5

As a guest of the Priority Pass lounge located at Heathrow Terminal 5 you will be welcomed to experience the comfort and convenience that has become synonymous with the Priority Pass brand.

The Club Aspire Lounge located in Heathrow Terminal 5 is a peaceful haven that greets you with expansive floor to ceiling windows providing jaw-dropping views of the runway while you consider the tempting range of food and beverages on offer from the comfort of the sumptuous seating available to you as a guest of the Club Aspire Lounge.
For our guests over the age of 18, you can enjoy complimentary alcoholic beverages from the bar along with unlimited wi-fi, digital reading materials and even showers (subject to availability and payment).

The Globe Pub & Kitchen combines delectable English and American style dining with a range of beverages such as craft beers and small-batch spirits, and perfectly brewed coffee.
Priority Pass cardholders and registered guests visiting The Globe Pub & Kitchen at Heathrow Terminal 5 are entitled to receive £15 off their bill. This deduction represents a single lounge visit, and as such cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or substituted.

Location And Accessibility

The Priority Pass lounges at Heathrow Terminal 5 are designed to provide easy and convenient accessibility for our guests.

Club Aspire Lounge is open daily from 5am to 9pm. Hours may be subject to seasonal changes. Peak seasonal activity may result in an increased number of guests and access may be periodically restricted to maintain the highest quality experience for our guests.

The Globe Pub & Kitchen is located before you pass through the south security checks.

Priority Pass is ready to provide a warm welcome to our guests with disabilities, with accessibility and washroom facilities available to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience.


There are 3 outlets serving coffee, hot snacks, salad pots, juices and milkshakes in Arrivals.

Buy a local SIM, and pick up groceries, travel essentials and healthcare items for your onward journey. There is also a barber and last-minute duty free is available in the Baggage Claim hall.

You can access Priority Pass Heathrow Terminal 5 Club Aspire up to three hours before departure.
The Globe Pub & Kitchen may exceed their seating capacity at certain times of day therefore access is at their sole discretion.

Flight information announcements are not made within the Priority Pass lounge facilities at Heathrow Terminal 5.
Flight information signs are visible from The Globe Pub & Kitchen, therefore guests are requested to monitor their boarding times while enjoying our facilities.
