Why are you putting lounge visit fees up?
Like many other companies we need to balance our pricing with rising costs. We have held our prices for over four years, however, at a time when businesses face unprecedented challenges and cost increases, we do now have to make an adjustment to our lounge visit fees.

When will the new visit fees come into effect?
The new visit fees will be effective December 1st 2022. Any chargeable visits taken before this date will be processed at the previous lounge visit rate.

I do not want to pay the new visit fees, what rights do I have?
The new visit fees will be effective from December 1st 2022. When joining the programme you agreed to pay the prevailing rate for visit fees. If you are not happy to pay these new fees and you wish to end your membership you can contact our Membership Services team who will be able to support you through the next steps.

Why was I not informed that visit fees were increasing?
We have written to all our members regarding the price increase by email or letter. We encourage you to check your inbox including your ‘junk folder’, and to review your “My Details” section within your Priority Pass account to ensure we have the most up to date contact details.

How do I know what visit fee I will be charged for a recent visit?
Any visits taken from December 1st 2022 will be charged at the new rate.

Where can I see which visit fee I have been charged for a recent visit?
Log in to your account at prioritypass.com and view your visit history
OR 
Log in to the Priority Pass app and view your visit history.

I’ve received a declined visit payment communication following a recent visit, will I be charged the new visit price?
This will depend on the date on which the visit occurred. Any visits made after December 1st 2022 will be charged at the new lounge visit rate. Any visits made prior to this date will be charged at the previous rate.

Can I upgrade my membership plan now so that I get more visits within my inclusive allowance?
It is only possible to upgrade or downgrade your membership at point of renewal. If your membership is renewing soon please contact our Membership Services team for support.

Does this visit price increase affect all Lounges?
Yes, the new visit prices will apply to any chargeable member or guest visits made to any of the lounges or dining, spa and relaxation experiences around the world.

Does the new price increase affect Guest visits?
Yes, the new visit fees apply to all chargeable visits made.

Can I Upgrade/Downgrade my Membership?
It is only possible to upgrade or downgrade your membership at point of renewal. If your membership is renewing soon please contact our Membership Services team for support.

Can I cancel my Membership?
To cancel your membership, please fill out the webform with your details, membership number and let us know that you would like to end your membership at the end of your current membership period. Our Membership Services team will process the cancellation and confirm.

Will you be opening more Lounges?
With Priority Pass you have access to 1,600+ airport lounges and travel experiences around the world. In addition to new lounges opening each month, Priority Pass has introduced eat, spa and gaming experiences that can be accessed in the same way as lounges, broadening the choice for members while at the airport.

What new or extra benefit can I expect?
We’re constantly striving to further improve and develop the Priority Pass offering, providing our members with access to the very best possible experiences each time they travel. New technology behind the scenes enables us to improve your travel experience. Expect to see new features and benefits being rolled out in the coming months.

Are Standard Members affected?
Yes, Standard members and their guests will be affected by the price increase effective December 1st 2022.
However, The annual fee for Standard Membership is not changing.

Are Standard Plus Members affected?
Yes, Standard Plus members will pay the new lounge visit fees once the 10 inclusive visits have been used up. Guest visits will be charged at the new rate effective December 1st 2022.

I have a Standard Plus membership with 10 included visits, will this price increase mean I have fewer visits included in my membership?
No, the Standard Plus membership will still include 10 inclusive visits for the member. Any visits taken over the 10 included visits or any guest visits will be charged at the new visit fee from the December 1st 2022.

Are Prestige Members affected?
Yes, Prestige members will continue to enjoy unlimited lounge usage. However, guest visits will be charged at the new price effective December 1st 2022.

Are annual membership fees affected?
The annual fee for Standard Membership is not changing.
Standard Plus and Prestige Membership annual fees are increasing. However, for our current members, we will be holding the fees at the current prices for 12 months.
The new prices for Standard Plus are £229, €289 & $329 and Prestige are £419, €459 & $469.
