You can choose from a range of about 20 food and drink concessions in Terminal 3 before Security. Among the options are Middle Eastern cuisine, an American grill, sushi and fast food. After Security you'll find mostly cafes, snack stations and bars. Head to the 24-hour Bar Bleriot & Lounge for a caipirinha - Brazil's national cocktail - or something from the international menu. Plenty of natural light from the large windows at this venue near Gates 301-304 is welcomed by transiting passengers. Shop for souvenirs of Brazil, cosmetics, perfume and travel accessories in the terminal's 7 or so stores before Security. Once you're through to the Departures area, you'll find a good retail area stocked with fashion, jewelry and technology wares. There are around 13 designer brand apparel stores and several duty-free outlets, including one specially for kids.

Enjoy burgers and milkshakes at Bob's and Brazilian snacks at Casa Do Pão De Queijo (The House of Cheese Bread), which is open 24 hours.

Terminal tips

Smoking isn't allowed in this terminal, and the only designated areas are outside the building.

Zone out for half an hour while you get a manicure or pedicure at the nail bar on the Mezzanine floor.
