Stop off for a snack at the cafés serving Chinese and Western food. There's also a coffee shop near Gate 13 and a restaurant in 2F international Arrivals.
You can shop for liquor and tobacco at Baggage Claim in international Arrivals, and stock up at the food marts near Gates 3, 5, 10 and 12 of the Arrivals hall. There's also a book store near Gate 4.
