- The promoter
- The promoter of the Black Friday Promotion is Priority Pass Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 02728518, having its registered office at 3 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AQ, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).

- The Promotion
- The Promotion means any offer typically characterised by a discount (i.e. a fixed amount or percentage off any given retail rate) offered by the Promoter to entrants on the Priority Pass website (the “Promotion”).
- The Promotion is only available to entrants who do not already have an active Priority Pass membership at the time of entering the Promotion,. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated by Promoter.
- The Promotion shall be applied to the retail rate of the relevant membership as indicated by the Promoter, such memberships shall be subject to the Priority Pass standard Conditions of Use available at: https://www.prioritypass.com/en/conditions-of-use.
- The Promotion is non-negotiable and non-transferable. No cash or credit alternatives shall be offered in exchange for the Promotion.
- The Promotion applies to the base retail rate of the relevant Priority Pass membership and does not include additional attributes. The Promotion does not apply to additional modules, add-ons and/or third-party products.
- How to enter
- The Promotion will run from 09:00am (GMT) on 18th November 2024 (the "Opening Date") to 11:59pm (GMT) on 8th December 2024 (the "Closing Date") inclusive (the “Entry Period").
- Internet access is required. All Promotion entries must be submitted by entrants during the Entry Period at:

- By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions and (ii) the Priority Pass standard Conditions of Use available at: https://www.prioritypass.com/en/conditions-of-use
- Entries made in any manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions will be declared invalid and disqualified from receiving the Promotion.
- To take part of the Promotion, during the Entry Period, entrants must:
- join Priority Pass membership by creating an online account and submitting the online entry form provided on https://join.prioritypass.com/black-friday-gbp/ or https://join.prioritypass.com/bf-15-gbp/ ; and
- pay the applicable fee; and
- agree and acknowledge to be bound by (i) these Terms and Conditions and (ii) the Priority Pass standard Conditions of Use available at: https://www.prioritypass.com/en/conditions-of-use.
- The Promoter will not accept:
- responsibility for Promotion entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
- proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Promotion; or
- responsibility for Promotion entries from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates on behalf of entrants or applications automatically generated by computer; or
- incomplete, corrupted entries or entries from multiple accounts.
- Eligibility
- The Promotion is only open to all entrants aged 18 years or over, except:
- employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Promotion or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- In taking part of the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to receive the discount. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.
- The Promoter will not accept Promotion entries that are:
- automatically generated by computer;
- completed by third parties or in bulk;
- illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
- photocopies and not originals; or
- incomplete.
- There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
- The Promotion is only open to all entrants aged 18 years or over, except:
- Limitation of liability
- You shall hold the Promoter harmless and fully indemnified from and against any and all costs, losses, expenses, liabilities and damages whatsoever that may arise as a result of taking part in the Promotion (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit either party’s liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by negligence, or for fraud.
- For the avoidance of doubt, under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for any breach of state or country law that may occur as a result of your participation in the Promotion.
- Data protection and publicity
- By taking part of the Promotion, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Promotion and the Priority Pass membership and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
- Any uses of personal data received by the Promoter in the course of the Promotion are subject to all applicable data protection laws and to the privacy policy found on the Promoter’s website at https://www.prioritypass.com/privacy-notice.
- General
- Any malicious or manipulative attempt to influence the outcome of the Promotion will result in disqualification of the entrant at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or incorrect, illegible, fraudulent or other invalid or improper information has been provided, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the Promotion or refuse to fulfil the prizes.
- To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we are not liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where such failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter makes no representations or warranties, implicit or explicit, as to your legal right to participate in the Promotion nor shall any of The Promoter’s employees, licensees, distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion or other agencies, media partners, agents or retailers have the authority to make any such representations or warranties.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, the entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to The Promoter as a result thereof.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
