Priority Pass Excellence Awards Terms and Conditions


    1. The Promoter
      1. The promoter of the Priority Pass Excellence Awards (the “Award(s)") is: Priority Pass Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 02728518, having its registered office at 3 More London Riverside, 5th Floor, London, SE1 2AQ, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).

      2. If you have any questions about the Awards or these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), please contact the Promoter at awards@collinsongroup.com.

    2. Award Categories
      1. The Awards include the following Awards categories (the “Awards Categories”):
        1. “Pioneer of the Year Award”: means the award which will be awarded to the Promoter’s lounges and experiences partners within the Promoter’s global network (“Partner(s)”) that offer unique and forward-thinking services and solutions, from customer experience and digital innovations to sustainable operational initiatives.
        2. “All Star of the Year Award”: means the award which will be awarded to the stand-out Partner’s employees who are going above and beyond to deliver customer excellence to the Promoter’s members.
        3. “Lounge of The Year Award”: means the award which will be awarded to the highest-rated Partners, based on ratings and reviews from the Promoter’s members only.

    3. How to Enter
      1. The entry period to submit nominations for the Awards will run from 01.30am (GMT) on Tuesday 11 February 2025 (the “Opening Date”) to 23:59pm (GMT) on Wednesday 26 March 2025 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive (the “Entry Period").

      2. All Awards nominations must be received by the Promoter by no later than 23:59pm (GMT) on the Closing Date. All Awards nominations received after the Closing Date are not eligible to win.

      3. To submit an Awards nomination for (i) the Pioneer of the Year Award and/or (ii) the All Star of the Year Award, entrants must during the Entry Period:
        1. Be (i) a Partner, (ii) a Partner employee, or (iii) a marketing agency or any other third party acting on behalf of a Partner (“Entrant(s)”). Nominations by a Partner, a marketing agency, a Partner employee and/or any other third party on behalf of Partner are accepted by the Promoter subject to obtaining the relevant Partner or Partner’s employee’s prior consent and confirmation that they wish to be nominated for the Awards;
        2. Log onto to the Awards landing page at https://www.collinsongroup.com/en/lp/Priority-Pass-Excellence-Awards and click the “Complete Nomination Form” button;
        3. Complete the nomination form;
        4. Submit the completed nomination form by clicking the “Submit Nomination Form” button.

      4. It is free of charge to take part in the Awards or submit a nomination for a category of the Awards and no purchase is necessary. Entrants should be aware that they may be subject to local Internet access charges depending on their own individual arrangements for Internet access. 

      5. Entrants may enter one (1) nomination for any of the Partners in the Pioneer of the Year Award category. Entrants may enter multiple nominations for Partner’s employees in the All Star of the Year Award. Each nomination requires a separate nomination form. 
         
      6. The Lounge of the Year Award is based on the Promoter’s member ratings and reviews and Entrants are not allowed to submit a nomination for this Award category

      7. The Promoter will not accept:
        1. responsibility for Awards nominations that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, but not limited to, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
        2. proof of sending or transmission as proof of receipt of the Awards nominations.

      8. By submitting an Award nomination entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

    4. Eligibility
      1. The Awards are open to all Entrants as defined in clause 3.3, except for the avoidance of doubt:  
        1. employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
        2. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter (other than Partners) or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Awards or its administration; or
        3. members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

      2. If a Partner is nominating itself for the Pioneer of the Year Award or if a Partner’s employee is nominating themselves for the All Star of the Year Award, they shall confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to win the Award. The Promoter may require the Partner to provide proof that they are eligible to enter the Awards. 

      3. If an Entrant is nominating another Partner for the Pioneer of the Year Award or a Partner’s employee for the All Star of the Year Award, it shall confirm it has the consent from that Partner to submit the Award nomination form. Partners and/or their employees who are nominated must be informed of such nomination and by taking part in the Awards agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

      4. The Promoter will not accept and shall not be responsible for Award nomination entries that are:
        1. automatically generated by computer;
        2. completed by non-authorised third parties or in bulk;
        3. illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or
        4. incomplete.

      5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify a Partner and/or a Partner’s employee in case the nomination entry turns out to be false or fraudulent, or in case of circumstances concerning the Partner or Partner’s employee that may cause detriment to the reputation of the Awards, to the Promoter, to its affiliates, clients or partners and/or to their related intellectual property rights. The Promoter or its affiliates cannot be held liable in relation to such a decision, or its consequences.
         
      6. The Promoter cannot give an Award to any Partner or Partner’s employee that cannot be contacted to confirm their nomination after the entry has been submitted. The Promoter is not responsible for any errors made when submitting nomination entries so please check the contact details you provide and update us on any changes.

    5. The prize
      1. For each Awards Category, the following prizes (“Prize(s)”) will be given by the Promoter to the corresponding winning Entrants (“Winners”):
        1. The prize for the Winners of the Pioneer of the Year Award shall be a plaque the Winners can display within their lounge or outlet (“Prize Plaque”). The Promoter will announce the Winners via an integrated marketing campaign. The Winners will be given a Winner’s Promotional Toolkit containing a range of digital assets to announce them as Winners in their own marketing.
        2. The prize for the All Star of the Year Award shall be (i) a  voucher worth £500.00 for a supplier or store local to the Winner to be selected by the Promoter that is redeemable toward the purchase of eligible products on the supplier’s or store’s website and/or mobile application for up to ten (10) years from the date of issue (“Prize Voucher”) and (ii) a free Standard Plus Priority Pass membership worth £229.00 which is valid for one (1) year from the redemption date, subject to the Winner’s compliance with Priority Pass Travel Program Conditions of Use (“Prize Membership”). The Promoter will announce the Winners via an integrated marketing campaign.  
        3. The prize for the Lounge of the Year Award shall be (i) a trophy the Winners can display within their lounge or outlet (“Prize Trophy”); or (ii) a Prize Plaque the highly commended Winners can display within their lounge or outlet. The Promoter will announce the Winners via an integrated marketing campaign. The Winners will be given a Winner’s Promotional Toolkit containing a range of digital assets to announce them as winners in their own marketing.

      2. There will be a total of of seventeen (17) Winners as follows::
        1. For the Pioneer of the Year Award: up to three (3) Winners;
        2. For the All Star of the Year Award: three (3) Winners; and
        3. For the Lounge of the Year Award: six (6) Winners and five (5) highly commended Winners. 

      3. The Winners are entirely responsible for assessing and paying all applicable federal, provincial, state and/or local taxes in any respect of a Prize(s) received, if any, including any income or withholding taxes. In the event that the Promoter is or may reasonably become obliged to pay any withholding tax in relation to a Prize, the Promoter is entitled to deduct such tax from a Prize.

      4. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do soo.

    6. Winners
      1. The Winners will be chosen as follows
        1. For (i) the Pioneer of the Year Award and (ii) the All Star of the Year Award: the Winners will be chosen by a panel of judges selected by the Promoter (the “Panel”) based on the Award nomination entries submitted by Entrants that the Panel considers, at its sole discretion, have met the Panel’s strict criteria which reflects the Promoter’s values; and 
        2. For the Lounge of the Year Award: the Winners will be chosen by the Promoter based on the ratings and reviews submitted by the Promoter’s members on the “Visit History” section on the Promoter’s mobile application or website between 25 March 2024 and 25 March 2025. The highest-rated Partners will be selected to win the corresponding Prize. The reviews considered by the Promoter include Promoter’s member feedback across a wide range of criteria, including, but not limited to: (i) quality of facilities, (ii) customer service, (iii) quality of food and beverage selection and (iv) overall customer satisfaction. The Promoter reserves the right not to disclose the content of the reviews and ratings and/or any other data to the Winners or any other person. 
        3. The Winners will be announced on the Promoter’s media and social media channels (providing the Promoter obtains consent from the Winners) in April 2025 (the "Announcement Date").

      2. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Awards is final and binding and cannot be disputed or appealed by Entrants or Winners. No correspondence or discussion about the decision of the Promoter will be entered into. The Promoter and/or the Panel may explain some details regarding their choices when announcing the Winners and may explain how the Winners were selected, however, no detailed feedback will be provided about specific decisions or any details about individual nominees or nominations.

      3. The Winners will be notified of their Prize by email two (2) to four (4) weeks prior to the Announcement Date to obtain the relevant PR and marketing information such as, but not limited to, quotes for press release, a summary of lounge or experience achievement, and photographs.

      4. To claim the Prize, the Winners will be asked to provide their name, company name, email address, phone number, postal address and/or any other relevant detail to the Promoter. If any Winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) days of the notification from the Promoter, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above. 

      5. If Winners object to any or all of their surname, company name, country and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at awards@collinsongroup.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

      6. The Prize Plaque and the Prize Trophy for the Winners of the Pioneer of the Year Award and the Lounge of the Year Award, as applicable, will be sent by the Promoter by post within 90 days of the Winners complying with the conditions of clause 6.4, and subject to compliance with clause 6.11 below. The Promoter accepts no responsibility and no liability if the Prize is lost, stolen or damaged whilst in transit to the Winner or if Winners are not able to take up the Prize.

      7. The Prize Voucher for the Winners of All Star of the Year Award will be sent to the Winners by email with instructions on how to    activate the Prize Voucher. If the Winner does not activate the Prize Voucher within twelve (12) months of receipt of the activation email, the Prize Voucher will expire and will no longer be valid and Winner will lose all entitlement to the Prize Voucher. The Prize Voucher is valid for ten (10) years from the date of issue to the Winners. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, deletion, damage, compromise, or inaccessibility of the activation email after the original transmission and shall not be responsible for replacing or resending the activation email to the Winner after the original transmission.

      8. The Prize Membership will be sent to the Winners of All Star of the Year Award by email with an online hyperlink to activate Prize Membership. A valid payment card will be required to be provided by the Winner to the Promoter in order to activate the Prize Membership. If Winner does not activate the Prize Membership within twelve (12) months of receipt of the activation email, Prize Membership will expire and will no longer be valid and Winner will lose all entitlement to Prize Membership.

      9. If any Winner is an existing member of the Promoter, the Winner will have the option to: 
        1. choose to keep their current membership active until it expires, at which point, if the Winner opts out of auto renewal, the membership will expire and the Winner will migrate to the Prize Membership. The Winner cannot delay migration to the Prize Membership beyond this point; 
        2. instantly cancel their current membership at which point the Winner will migrate to the Prize Membership without delay; or 
        3. not participate in the Prize Membership and continue on the Winner’s current membership in which case they will lose all entitlement to the Prize.

      10. If any Winner is an existing member of the Promoter with any outstanding payments in relation to their Priority Pass memberships, they will be required to clear all debt on their account before the Prize will be sent.

      11. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on the Winners’ behalf.

    7. Limitation of liability
      1. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its affiliates, agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its affiliates, agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

    8. Ownership of the Nominations and Intellectual Property Rights 
      1. All Awards nomination entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.

      2. By submitting your nomination entry and any accompanying material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permission from nominee to be nominated in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and you agree to:
        1. assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
        2. waive all moral rights,

        in and to your Awards nomination entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

      3. You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make some of the details in your nomination entry or the accompanying information available on its website at https://www.prioritypass.com and any other media or available internally with The Collinson Group Limited and its affiliates, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the Awards. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the nomination entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the nomination entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.

      4. The "Priority Pass Excellence Awards" name, the website, logo and all corresponding and related marketing material for the Awards are the intellectual property of the Promoter who own, manage and administer the Awards and the Promoter reserves all rights related thereto. Using any of these without our permission constitutes (outside the legally permitted limitations) an infringement of our intellectual property rights, for which you may be held liable. Please contact us at  awards@collinsongroup.com if you wish to make use of such materials, and follow the guidelines we provide in this respect. If you do make use of it without our permission, or outside the legally permitted limitations or if you do not comply with the provided guidelines or if you make false claims in relation to the Awards, you are to cease and desist this use upon our first request and remove any published material.

      5. All nomination Entrants and Winners will be asked to take part in promotional activities relating to the Awards. The Promoter may use the details of the entries (including but not limited to name, location, details of the entries) and any associated pictures or visuals in relation to the promotion of the Awards and the results of the Awards. This could include but is not limited to promotion on websites, press releases, case studies, media, filming at the awards event, all event collateral such as brochures, social media and print. We may alter or edit the entry content as appropriate, for the promotion of the Awards and their results.

    9. Data protection and publicity
      1. By submitting a nomination, all Entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Awards and any other purposes to which the Entrants have consented. Any uses of personal data received by the Promoter in the course of the Awards are subject to all applicable data protection laws and to the privacy policy found on the Promoter’s website at https://www.prioritypass.com/privacy-notice

    10. General
      1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from nominating or participating in the Awards.

      2. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all Awards with or without prior notice due to reasons outside our control or due to other circumstances, at our discretion. Such decision is final and binding.

      3. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, we are not liable for any failure to comply with our obligations where such failure is caused by something outside our reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, sickness, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

      4. The Promoter reserves the right to review, amend and/or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice and, by continuing to take part in the Awards subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, the Entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms and the Entrants agree that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.

      5. If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.

      6. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

      7. All entries must be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
