1. Cardholders can use their lounge visit entitlement to take advantage of one of the following options: 20 minute Relax chair massage (a US$30 value); 30 minute Refresh lounger massage (US$33 value); Classic Manicure with mask (a US$31 value) or Classic Pedicure (a US$32 value). Each treatment represents a single lounge visit within the Cardholders existing lounge visit allocation for which the Cardholder will, where applicable, be charged. Cardholder may NOT register Guests. Only 1 card per visit per Cardholder will be accepted and at point of registration. To be eligible, Cardholders must present a valid Card and Boarding Pass with confirmed same-day travel before selecting a treatment. 2. Cardholder is responsible for all additional charges incurred. Cardholders will receive a 20% discount on all add-on services. Services are valid for all adults ages 12 and up. Additional charges incurred are made payable directly to Juvenis Spa. The above discount cannot be combined with any other offer. 3. Advance bookings can be made via email to los@juvenisspa.com . Bookings are not guaranteed unless a confirmation is received. 4. Complimentary tea, water and luggage storage. 5. Juvenis Spa usage is subject to availability for walk-ins. 6.
