Dubai International Terminal 2

Dubai Terminal 2 is the main hub for the low cost carrier FlyDubai and caters for scheduled and charter flights for a wide range of carriers. Being a smaller terminal, there are only six boarding gates which makes navigating the terminal a breeze.

The size of the terminal does not affect the conveniences it offers with currency exchange, ATMs, several cafes and restaurants as well as a business centre easily accessible to visitors.

A Priority Pass membership would also allow you to gain airport lounge access at Dubai Terminal 2.

We have three different options of Priority Pass plans depending on your frequency of travel:

About Our Lounges At Dubai Terminal 2

Marhaba is a greeting in Arabic, and you will be warmly greeted and welcomed to the Marhaba Lounge in Terminal 2. This spacious lounge is air conditioned and will ensure you find a comfortable place to rest and relax before you start your onward journey. The plush seating, enticing buffet and beverages, as well as a selection of alcoholic beverages will tempt you to enjoy the legendary Arabian hospitality a little longer. Location And Accessibility

The Marhaba Lounge in Dubai Terminal 2 is located in the Departure Area, beyond Security Clearance, opposite Gates F3 and F4.


An international coffee chain and a sit-down international restaurant can be found at opposite ends of the Arrivals Hall.

Duty-free confectionery, perfumes, alcohol & tobacco can be bought near the Baggage Claim. Confectionery and magazines can also be found at a couple of newsstands in the Arrivals Hall.

Terminal tips

Dubai Terminal 2 has a wide range of facilities should you require them, including baby care facilities, prayer rooms, smoking rooms and friendly ‘May I Help You’ staff for assistance.

Dubai Terminal 2 is not connected to other terminals at Dubai International Airport so cannot be accessed by walking. However, Dubai airport provided complimentary shuttles between terminals 24/7.

English is widely spoken in Dubai and across the U.A.E, and all staff at the airport will be able to converse easily and clearly in English.

Airport regulations prevent smoking outside of designated smoking areas located conveniently across Dubai Terminal 2. We invite our guests to avail these facilities.
