Tokyo Narita International

Tokyo Narita International, also referred to as Narita Airport, is Japan’s main international airport and welcomed over 44 million passengers in 2019. These passenger volumes allow this highly efficient airport to shine, with Tokyo Narita International having received awards for World’s Best Airport and Best Airport Dining Experience.

Dining outlets at the airport are found on the fourth and fifth floors, with beautiful runway views available on the fifth floor. You can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine from any of the 10 Japanese food outlets, or you may prefer to sample one of the three Chinese food restaurants or six restaurants offering western cuisine. Sit back and take it all in at one of the 14 cafes on offer.

With more than 50 retail outlets available before you pass through passport control and another 30 stores plus nine duty-free outlets located after passport control, there is plenty of shopping on offer at Tokyo Narita Terminal 2. You can take a piece of Japanese pop culture home with you from the Pokémon, Hello Kitty or BeeBox stores.

A Priority Pass membership would also allow you to gain airport lounge access at Tokyo Narita Terminal 2.

About Our Lounge At Tokyo Narita Terminal 2

The IASS Executive Lounge, a Narita Airport Terminal 2 lounge, is an efficient and calm environment where you can enjoy a complimentary beverage or refreshment before embarking on your onward journey. Select from the latest newspapers and magazines or use the internet or fax facilities to catch up on work. Remember to keep an eye on one of the several flight information screens conveniently located around the lounge. This fully air conditioned lounge is a smoke free environment and is open from 7am to 9pm daily. Children under 12 years are admitted free and complimentary alcoholic drinks are limited to one per adult.

Location And Accessibility

The IASS Executive Lounge is found landside and is for domestic passengers only. Once on the Departures floor (third floor) take the escalator next to the ‘G’ check-in counter to the fourth floor and turn left. The lounge is at the end of the hall.


Feeling hungry after your flight? There are a couple of cafés in the Arrivals hall.

You can pick up some last-minute souvenirs and buy everyday essentials and SIM cards in Arrivals. There are also 2 duty-free stores before Customs in International Arrivals.

Guests in smart casual dress are welcome to enter the Priority Pass lounges at Narita Terminal 2.

4. Can I smoke in the lounge area?
Airport regulations prevent smoking outside of designated smoking areas located conveniently across Narita Terminal 2. We invite our guests to avail these facilities.

5. How long can I stay in the lounge at Narita Terminal 2?
You can access the Priority Pass Narita Terminal 2 lounge up to three hours before departure.

6. Does the lounge at Narita Terminal 2 have flight information screens?
There are flight information screens at the Narita Terminal 2 lounge. Guests are requested to monitor their boarding times while enjoying our facilities.

7. Is the lounge at Narita Terminal 2 wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately the lounge in Narita Terminal 2 is not wheelchair accessible.

8. Does the lounge at Narita Terminal 2 cater for vegetarians and vegans?
